The Festival on the Niger will take place in Segou (Niger) from February 1st to February 4th, 2007.

Oumou Sangare and Tinariwen will perform at the festival. The performances of Neba Solo, Lobi Traore and Joep Pelt, Vieux Farka Toure (Ali Farka Toure’s son) and his group are the most expected events of the festival.
