The contest for song writers and performers, Francouvertes, prolongs its period of inscription until November 25, 2005. The artists solos and the groups of French expression can get a form of inscription on the site of Francouvertes. Opened with the artists of all the musical kinds and all the Canadian francophonie, the contest-event will retain 21 artists and or formations for his 10è edition. Francouvertes saw ravelling on scene of the artists such: Loco Locass, the Fringants Cowboys, Chango Family, Syncop, Breastfeeders, Dobacaracol, Karkwa and the most recent prize winner Damien Robitaille. The prizes winner of the contest will deserve the tools necessary to carry out, produce and promote a disc like diffusing their spectacle on professional scenes.
For its tenth edition, the contest Francouvertes accomodates a spokesman of choice in the person of Mara Tremblay. Intended to support the emergence of the song writers and performers of French expression, the contest of the French-speaking musical changing cut a place of choice near the artists, industry, media and of the public.
