The 9th edition of the Träce festival runs from 16 January to 7 February 2009 in several cities in the Hauts-de-Seine (France): Malakoff, Gennevilliers, Nanterre, Rueil Malmaison, Clamart, Colombes and Issy-les-Moulineaux. Organized by Network 92, Trace is a device to support self-7 groups and a festival.

This festival allows the presentation of self-selected groups and followed for a year. The heads of displays are planned on the basis of influences and styles of musical groups in the selection. All these artists are French.
